Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in courses or programs offered by International Academy of Physical Therapy & Allied Health Sciences, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Enrollment Eligibility

The Student must meet all eligibility requirements set forth by the IAPTAHS for enrollment in selected courses or programs. The Academy reserves the right to verify and enforce these requirements.

Tuition and Fees

The Student agrees to pay all applicable tuition and fees in advance as per their selected course. once the course started the tuition fee will not be refunded. 

Attendance and Punctuality

The Student is expected to attend all scheduled classes, sessions, or activities promptly. Excessive absences or tardiness may result in academic consequences or dismissal from the program.

Academic Integrity

The Student must maintain academic integrity throughout their enrollment. Any form of academic dishonesty will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary actions including termination from the course.

Code of Conduct

The Student is expected to adhere to the Academy’s code of conduct, which includes treating all individuals with respect and professionalism. Disruptive behavior or any violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary measures.

Confidentiality

The Student agrees to keep all confidential information acquired during their enrollment, including and not share it without written consent from the Academy.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights associated with the IAPTAHS curriculum, materials, and resources remain the property of the IAPTAHS. The Student may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Withdrawal and Refunds

The Student may withdraw from a course or program, subject to the IAPTAHS withdrawal policy. Refund eligibility is determined by the refund policy in effect at the time of withdrawal.

Changes to Courses or Programs

The IAPTAHS reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule courses or programs, as necessary. In such cases, the IAPTAHS will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Students and provide alternative options when feasible.

Termination of Enrollment

The IAPTAHS reserves the right to terminate the Student’s enrollment for academic or disciplinary reasons, including violations of these terms and conditions. In such cases, tuition and fees may be forfeited.

Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the IAPTAHS and the Student and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.

By enrolling in the IAPTAHS, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
